To be eligible for a wholesale account with BioLongevity Labs, you must be a wellness practitioner, wellness clinic, or a provider. Where applicable, a business license and/or medical registration is required.

Apply for a wholesale account by completing our Wholesale Application Form. Please make sure you provide a valid email address so we can notify you once your account has been approved and activated.

  • NO minimum order size requirement. 
  • $2,500 monthly commitment.
  • Drop ship capabilities for individual orders.

Online sellers

BioLongevity Labs is the only authorized retailer for our products on third-party marketplaces. Online sellers are only authorized to sell BioLongevity Labs products on their own websites unless written approval is granted by BioLongevity Labs.
